Its day 5 and its honestly a lot easier than I expected. The difficulty is that I'm not using all my sachets, I know I should be to get my "perfect nutrition" but I just cannot bring myself to do it. I'm already HUGELY excited for bars, something to chew, chocolated coated, carmel flavour something to chew! I'm also looking forward to my first weigh in on Wednesday, 3.30pm, I really hope that I've lost alot because although its not too difficult at the moment I'm going to need some motivation to keep going when it does get hard!
I should've posted about the diet sooner but things have been a bit chaotic...we have a stomach bug in the house :(

P.S.
Have decided to keep the diet plan a secret from most people for now, only my boyfriend and parents know! Lets see how long it takes for people to notice!
Made my first appointment...
So I got my reply and I have an appointment with my counsellor on Wednesday at 3pm. She was really lovely on the phone, very supportive and from her personal website its seems she has lost as much as I need to, it only took her 6 months!! I'm excited for Wednesday but the work starts now, I have to prepare:
- Cut down on Calories
- Cut down on Carbs
- Increase water intake
All of this is to prevent my body having withdrawl symptoms and also try to decrease the ill effects...nausea, headaches, lethargy! Apparently its only going to cost £39.75 oer week for all my "food" and there's no members or meeting fees.
Lets see how my preparation goes (after my last supper mentality today!)

A little bit about big me!
Age: 22
Weight: 17 stone
Peak Weight:18 stone 7lb
BMI: 38.4
Children: 1
Relationship: long term since October 2004
Ok, so I'm not much of a writer but I have decided that "thinking" about losing weight is getting me nowhere very very slowly! I'm FAT and have been for a long time now, the only reason that I'm below my peak weight is because pregnancy is the best diet I have ever tried. Unfortunately it isn't really an ongoing solution! I have decided to start this blog in the hope that I get one or two followers who might just believe I can lose weight, it might be the little boost I need in order to break a bad cycle of fad diets and lazy exercise. I know that my boyfriend and family would love me to lose weight and will support me regardless but I've failed at this so many times I think it would be nice to put my boring little story out there in the hope that I actually succeed this time.
Tonight at 9.04pm I emailed a counsellor for the diet that I plan to start, the diet that I hope will be the last one I have to start that will help me lose the 7 stone I need too. I don't expect to stay at 10 stone when I get there, I'd like to have a 7lb safetly net for yoyo-ing. It looks like the "weight plan" gets results quickly and the support available for maintenance looks excellent, which is good as I'm a lose-a-stone-gain-3 kinda gal! This plan is well established, its been around for longer than me(25 years), so hopefully I'm right in thinking that it'll work for me! Will be back on when I get a reply, asked her all about cost as according to forums its nearly half the price of a similar, equally well known plan!
Bye for now,
